YAŞIL YAYLA Property Maintenance & Cleaning is the property services offering of YAŞIL YAYLA MMC, based in Baku. We provide cleaning and maintenance for homes and rental properties, working with owners and hosts to agree the tasks each space needs.
Our services cover professional and deep cleaning, cigarette smoke odour and nicotine residue treatment, upholstery cleaning and minor repairs. Cleaning and handyman work can be requested separately or arranged together.
Before work begins, we review the condition of the property and the materials involved. The scope, method, timing and price are agreed for the specific job. On completion, the agreed work is reviewed.
